This 3 Days Magical Double Gorilla Tracking Safari takes you to Volcanoes National Park well known for Gorilla trekking in Rwanda. Day 1: TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO VOLCANOES NP. TRAVEL TIME: 2HRS

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport at 0800hrs and passing through the immigration process, you will be welcomed by our safari driver who will, brief you shortly head for a Kigali city tour with a visit to the Kigali genocide museum, were over 250000 victims of the genocide incidence were laid to rest in a mass grave. There is a lot to learn from this, as you listen to the audio and video clips, later embark for lunch and later transfer you to the booked accommodation in Musanze which is roughly a 2 hours’ drive, and check in, have dinner and overnight. Day 2: 1ST GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE

Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the gorilla trekking briefing from the park headquarters and thereafter, you will be briefed before you enter the jungle with your packed lunch to search the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their life style in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour watching their social life as you take pictures. On a gorilla safari, a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as walking shoes, packed food and mineral water, insect repellent, sun screen and hut. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or whole day depending on the movements of these primates. After this gorilla tracking experience you will return to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, spend the whole evening relaxing at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Meal Plan; Breakfast, Lunch & dinner.

Day 3: 2ND GORILLA TREKKING & TRANSFERRED TO KIGALI

Today after you warm early morning breakfast, you will be picked by our safari driver guide who will transfer you to the park headquarters for briefing for your second gorilla trekking. Just like the 1st gorilla trekking experience, the same applies to gorilla trekking, though this time, you will trek another gorilla group. You will later return for lunch and later transfer to Kigali, and if time permits, do a brief city tour, with a visit to the Kigali genocide museum, local markets, and later we shall have late dinner, as we go through the beautiful memories, before drop of to the airport for your check in flight at midnight as you say bye bye to the Land of 1000 hills.
