Day 1: TRANSFER TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Upon getting done with your morning relaxed breakfast at the lodge, you will be met by our company driver guide, who will be you driver/guide of the trip, you will have a short briefing of the safari, and later depart Nairobi in the Morning to Samburu at the North rugged Semi desert region, through which harsh park contains some of the species rarely found elsewhere e.g. Reticulated giraffes, grevy’s zebra, kuchi, Beisa oryx’s, Somali Ostrich, genenuk, vulturine, guinea fowl among others. Arrive in time for hot lunch at the lodge, later check in and relax. In the afternoon spend the day at leisure or head for an evening game drive in search for the beautiful wildlife, you will later drive back at the lodge as the sun kiss the ground. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge (Mid – range or alternative). Meal Plan: Lunch & dinner.
Day 2-3: FULL DAY GAME SAFARI AT SAMBURU
It’s a safari day. You will leave very early morning for a game drive at the park, to catch up with the early morning hunter’s and grazer’s. You will leave with your packed lunch as the park is extensive enough to see more wildlife. The peaceful atmosphere and the authentic wilderness experience set it apart from the better-known wildlife reserves in Kenya, there is plentiful wildlife and the bird watching is especially good. The reserve is fairly hot and semi-arid, making for easy game viewing. Enjoy 2 days full of game viewing in this harshly beautiful terrain where wildlife abounds along the Uaso Nyiro River, the park’s only source of drinking water. You will look out for opportunity to see lions, elephant, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes in the wild. After the game drives, you will drive back to your lodge. You may as well have an optional visit to the Samburu villages for cultural treat of the Samburu tribe.

Day 4: TRANSFER FROM SAMBURU BACK TO NAIROBI.
Unfortunately, it’s your last day here with us. After a good night’s sleep, we wake up early grab a cup of coffee and head for a spectacular morning game drive. Samburu is spectacular, full of wildlife action pack, with great experience. It’s astonishing wildlife is the star of the show, providing drama and intrigue against the backdrop of a spectacular scenery.
Fueled by our impressions, we take breakfast in the mid-morning hours. After breakfast, we start our journey back to Nairobi, enjoying lunch on the way. In Nairobi, our driver safely brings you back to your hotel or transfer you to the airport to catchup with your evening flight. Your Safari ends here, but you take home a smile and a lifetime of memories – that much is certain!
