Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: TRANSFER FROM NAIROBI TO SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
Today morning you will be Picked up by our safari driver guide from your hotel in Nairobi, drive through Nanyuki town towards Isiolo heading to Shaba National Reserve, you will arrive in the reserve towards lunch time after a 5 hours’ drive, relax from the journey and then have your lunch, later in the afternoon, we shall go for an afternoon game viewing drive in the reserve, to watch animals such as Cape buffaloes, elephants, African leopard, prides of lions, other animals that can be spotted in the reserve include the rare species of reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich and the endangered Grevy’s zebra as well as commonly seen grazers such as impalas, zebras, Beisa oryx, the greater kudu and lesser kudu among others. You will return to our camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: EXPLORING SHABA NATIONAL RESERVE
Today early morning after breakfast, you will drive out of the lodge for a morning game drive to have great exploration of this peaceful reserve, through rolling grasslands, lookout for a game that inhabits in the reserve such as the mighty predators like cheetahs, lions, striped and spotted hyenas, which are always in hideouts closer to their prey animals such common elands, buffaloes, beisa oryx among others that gather around the river banks and in open grassland areas. You will return for lunch at your lodge and in the afternoon head back to the reserve to watch many more animals plus abundant birdlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: EARLY MORNING GAME DRIVE AND TRANSFER BACK TO NAIROBI
On this day take a very early morning game drive before breakfast and after you will return and have your breakfast while relaxing at the swimming pool at your lodge, before you embark on your journey back to Nairobi.
