1. Day 1

   Kigali City Tour & Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park

After the city tour, you will embark on a scenic drive to Nyungwe Forest National Park, a pristine rainforest teeming with biodiversity.    Chimpanzee Trekking & Canopy Walk in Nyungwe NP

   Today, you will delve deep into Nyungwe Forest on an exhilarating chimpanzee trekking adventure. Guided by expert trackers, you will navigate through the dense forest, following the calls of these fascinating primates. After an unforgettable morning with the chimpanzees, return to your accommodation for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, experience the canopy walk, a thrilling walk across a suspended bridge that offers breathtaking views of the forest canopy and the diverse wildlife below. En route, you will take a serene boat trip on Lake Kivu, one of Africa’s Great Lakes, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes while visiting different islands within this lake. The journey continues to your accommodation near the park. Here, you can relax and enjoy a delicious dinner, resting up for the next day’s adventure. After the trek, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda via the Cyanika border.
