You can take one of the two ways to Odoinyo Lengai mountain by road via the west road driving for 116 kilometers, you will reach Mto-Wa-Mbu River, and then take the dusty road to the north to Lake Natron and after 6 hours you will arrive at Odoinyo Base Camp, from there it’s only half an hour to the trailhead at the slopes of Lengai. You can as well use Longido road which takes 5 hour’s drive to reach the Odoinyo Lengai region and driving to this region of Lake Natron and the Volcano is a really amazing adventure itself.
