Mantis Akagera Game Lodge

Mantis Akagera Game Lodge is perfectly placed in the only savannah park of Rwanda Akagera National Park, it is one of the closest national parks to Kigali the capital of the country and is the place to see the Big Five or the African wilderness including lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants that live within the savannah as well as rare bird species for example shoe bill, the game lodge is perched o the southern hill of Akagera offering incredible views of Lake Ihema, it boats an intimate swimming pool, conference center, restaurant serving mouth dropping meals to travelers, bar area and a tennis court.

Location

The game Lodge is located in Akagera National Park, adjacent to Lake Ihema. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to drive from the Kigali international airport; flights can be arranged to the destination for about 30 minutes through Akagera Aviation.

Rooms

Akagera Game Lodge offers accommodation in 60 intimate rooms, which are strategically constructed overlooking Lake Ihema and beautiful views of the Savannah conservation area. These are categorised in 30 standard rooms,30 balcony rooms, arranged as double or single room occupancy. They feature an ensuite bathroom running both hot and cold water, satellite television, an in-room working desk, mini fridge, and local and international adaptors.
