About the hotel
Ndali Lodge is a luxury facility in western Uganda originally built on land owned by a tea farmer Trevor overlooking Lake Nyiambuga, and was fully developed in the 1990’s by his son, currently it is owned and run by Aubrey price whose attention to detail emerges into a comfortable, relaxed and cool environment, it is built from locally sourced and found material with the main lodge area including a reception, lounge, dinning space, a bar and well-polished floors and clean walls decorated with local artifacts, the main lodge area is super welcoming and soothing to visitors of the Kibale Forest.
Location
The lodge is located in the western part of Uganda within the areas of Kibale Forest National Park and around the Ndali Kasanda crater lakes region. It is approximately 6 hours drive from the Entebbe International Airport, and charter/scheduled flights can be arranged to the Kasese airstrip.
Rooms
Ndali Lodge boasts 8 comfortable, spacious cottages built with thatch and airy stone. Each of the rooms features an ensuite bathroom, bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower, seating area, and a private veranda. The catchy interior design of the room is a fusion of amazing artwork collected from the communities.
