Mburo Eagles Nest

Mburo Eagles Nest is a midrange facility situated in the Lake Mburo National Park, on a high hill right next to the park it offers one of the best ultimate African canvas experiences with each safari tent featuring its own veranda overlooking the national park, and generally offer the real African safari experience from the dinner prepared from the wood fire to the bucket shower experience, showers are filled up as per the guest request, it is an ideal accommodation to start exploring the vast activities of the park including boat cruises along the Lake Mburo, guided nature walks, game drives cycling experiences and horseback ridding.

Location

The Lodge is located in the Lake Mburo National Park. It can be reached by road from Entebbe in approximately 6 hours’ drive, and flights can be arranged to the Mbarara airstrip.

Rooms

Mburo Eagles nest consists of 10 African-style self-contained tents built with extending verandas overlooking the National Park area. They are raised from the ground, and on a lucky day, you will be able to see grazing zebras. Besides the main rooms, the lodge offers non-self-contained rooms fitted with single beds. All tents are grass thatched with a private terrace the tents.
