About the Lodge
Chobe Safari Lodge is, with no doubt, one of the most angelic luxury facilities in the heart of Uganda’s tourism destinations, with its panoramic views of the Nile and an evergreen surrounding environment it offers comfort, relaxation and adventure experience couped with the sound of the rapid falls and singing baboons from the shrubs, te safari lodge gives an exciting unique opportunity to indulge in wild animals, birds, tree and plant species. The Lodge is owned and managed by Marasa Africa, and its strategic location is ideal for fishing. It was refurbished and has since then become an award-winning best lodge in Uganda.
Location
Chobe Safari Lodge is located along the southern bank of Murchison Falls National Park. The conservation area is situated in the northern part of Uganda and is the largest protected area. It takes approximately 6 6-hour drive from the Entebbe International airport and bout an hour and a half by flight to the Bugungu or Pakuba airstrip.
Rooms
The Lodge comprises 63 rooms, including 40 standard, classic, superior, and deluxe rooms, 2 cottages, and 21 luxury tents. The rooms are in a permanent structure built of brick on elevated floors. Each of the rooms is fitted with an ensuite bathroom, while the cottages feature a spacious living space where the balcony overlooks the River Nile and a private butler.
