About the Lodge

Tawi Lodge is set in the shadows of the southeastern part of Kenya overlong Africa’s highest mountain Kilimanjaro along the country’s border with Tanzania in Amboseli National park, the conservation area is a region of ever changing landscapes and is known for its high population of the African elephants, the award winning 5 star facility is set on 3,000 acres of a private conservancy within the ecosystem combining accents of style toppled with a traditional Kenyan  East African style of hospitality its prime location near the local communities makes it even more admirable with ease access to the park area just about 5 minutes’ drive to the Kimana gate.

Location

The Incredible Lodge is located in Amboseli National Park; it takes approximately 5 hours to drive from Nairobi.  It can also be accessed by air at the Amboseli airstrip.

Rooms

Tawi Lodge boasts 13 cottages, each of which is well-positioned to have spectacular views of the snowcapped mountain Kilimanjaro. The individual, colored thatched cottages are accessed through footpaths meandering amongst the growing savannah vegetation. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, having dark wooden floors, king-size beds, twin beds, comfy armchairs around the fireplace, and a spacious ensuite bathroom.
