Nyungwe Top View Hotel

Nyungwe Top View Hotel is beautifully situated in the Nyungwe Forest National Park, located in the western province of Rwanda. The conservation area is known for its immense biodiversity, with about 13 primate species, and is a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site. It stretches to the borders with Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo, the hotel has opened its doors since February 2011 and has since then provided a comfortable accommodation to travelers reaching out to the destination, the main Lodge area features a traditionally built round house with a dash of modernity, the ground floor boasts a reception placed with modern designs blending into the Rwandan culture.

Location

The Hotel is located in the Nyungwe Forest National Park, approximately 6 6-hour drive from Kigali International Airport and about a 5-minute drive from the main road area. It can also be accessed by air at the Kawembe airport, and 45 minutes from Bukavu.

Rooms

Nyungwe Top View Hotel comprises 12 intimate cottages elevated on a hill to offer great views of the surrounding forest area. These are arranged in 2 rows, one facing the sunrise and the other on the sunset. Each of the cottages can be arranged as a double or twin; they feature an ensuite bathroom with running hot and cold water, tiled floors, and coffee tables.
