Maravilla Kivu Resort is strategically located within proximity to the Nyungwe Forest National Park and Lake Kivu in Kagano Town along the Murwa peninsula the region was originally an island and served as a place of green pasture to the herd of the King of Rwanda and today it is the perfect location to begin your trip to the home of primates, including the chimpanzee, olive baboons, owl monkeys, red tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, the highlight visit of Nyungwe is tracking the Chimpanzee as well as taking a canopy walk. Location

The Hotel is located in Kagano, approximately 21.4 kilometres from Nyungwe Forest National Park and about 6 hours drive from the Kigali International Airport. Charter flights can be arranged to the nearest airstrip.
