About the Camp

Kilima Safari camp is nestled along the Kimana gate entrance of Amboseli National Park, at the foot base of Mountain Kilimanjaro. It is placed on an area of approximately 420-acre site offering uninterrupted views of the snow-capped mountain. Amboseli thrives with a high population of African elephants and several other wildlife species. The Lodge offers stunning views of the surrounding environment, and while here, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including game drives, guided nature walks, and cultural visits to the Masai people. It is a perfect place to stay when seeking adventure am comfort during an African safari to the destination.

Location

The safari camp is located in Amboseli National Park, approximately 4 4-hour drive from Nairobi and 20-minute flight to the Amboseli airstrip.

Rooms

Kilima Safari Camp boasts 72 guest rooms categorised into 10 deluxe /Milima tents, 50 superior tents, and 12 superior rooms, most of which overlook the savannah. All rooms feature private bathrooms, seating areas, bathtubs, fans, in-room deposit boxes, private balconies overlooking Lake Kilimanjaro, generous mosquito nets, a cupboard, a writing desk, poster beds fitted with comfortable linen and soft pillows, complimentary toiletries.
