Location Kilaguni Serena Lodge is located in the heart of Tsavo West National Park, approximately 4 hours by air, and it takes 1 hour’s flight from the Wilson International Airport. Rooms. The Lodge features 56 suites comprising 5 suites, 25 standard rooms, 9 double rooms, 16 twins, 26 deluxe rooms featuring 15 double rooms, 8wins, and 3 triple rooms. Some of the rooms are interconnecting.
