About the Camp HammerKop migration camp is an intimate luxury lodge located in the Maasai Mara NationalPark upstream on the Mara River for the great wildebeest migration. Location HammerKopis is located in the heart of Maasai Mara National Park, approximately a 5-6-hour drive from Nairobi through the Great Rift Valley region. It can also be accessed by air from Nairobi Wilson Airport, approximately 45 minutes to Musaira Airstrip. Rooms Hammerkop features only seven rooms, each of which extends with a private Veranda, King size beds that can be arranged as twins, double or single rooms with 1 large family tent that includes a small sitting area, room amenities include safe deposit box, beds made from strong wood, small desk, toiletries, mosquito nets and ensuite bathrooms running both hot and cold water.
