About the Lodge

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is tucked on the eastern side of the Ngorongoro Crater, the conservation area is a unique ecosystem rich with wildlife, and is the worlds largest Caldera, it is home to abundant wildlife species except for the Masai giraffes because of the terrain of the ecosystem, it is also mostly referred to as the Garden of Eden by most travelers due to its unmatched raw untamed beauty, the 5 star facility is set at the highest cliff of the conservation area found a few kilometers way from the entrance road it offers guests the most perfect experiences while in the northern part of Tanzania.

Location

The Lodge is located in the Ngorongoro conservation area, and it can be reached from Arusha, a driving distance of approximately 2-3 hours, and a 90-minute drive from Manyara airstrip

Rooms

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is situated with 97 rooms constructed with local materials, depicting an amazing African style. These are categorized into single rooms, double rooms, and twin rooms, each of which is spacious with wooden beds dropping with large mosquito nets, ensuite bathrooms running both hot and cold water, a flush toilet, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries.
