About the Lodge

Mbu Mawe Serena Camp is an intimate luxury camp in the heart of Serengeti National Park, guarded by three-million-year-old granite towers, offering exclusive experiences in the Serengeti National Park. The elegant property is located on one of the main annual wildebeest migration routings, where over 1 million mammals, including wildebeests, gazelles, Zebras and their accompanying predators make their way into the Mara, the dramatic movement is like no other and can only be witnessed with this ecosystem all the way from the Mara, the lodge offers a closer opportunity to experience the lions, hippos, and other fascinating wildlife species in the conservation area.

Location

The Lodge is located in the heart of the Serengeti National Park, approximately 8-10-hour drive from Arusha, a 60-minute drive from Arusha International Airport, and a 90-minute drive from Seronera airstrip.

Rooms

Mbu Mawe Serena Camp comprises 16 tents that can be arranged into double, twin, or single. These are furnished with comfortable linen, cozy rugs, complimentary ceiling fans, Walkin mosquito nets, power outlets for hair dryers, shaver sockets, type G power supply, accessibility with disability, tent service, ensuite bathrooms running both hot and cold water, flush toilets, and private balconies overlooking the Serengeti.
