About the camp

Kirawirs Serena Camp is one of the finest, intimate, and most exclusive accommodation facilities in the Serengeti National Park managed by the Serena group of hotels, offering ultimate experiences in the western corridor of the Serengeti. It is amazingly arranged in the Edwardian style, featuring 25 beautiful tents with spectacular views of the Savannah plains. The dining area features a lounge, Persian rugs, and antique collections. Lodge activities include witnessing the wildebeest migration, massages, and sundown cock tails. Each of the tents is raised on wooden platforms, offering the best views of the savannah grasslands and shrubs.

Location

The Lodge is located in Serengeti National Park, approximately 110km from Seronera airstrip, and 16km from the Grumeti airstrip.

Kirawira Serena Camp comprises a total of 25 intimate tents, which are categorised into double tents, twin tents and are all nonsmoking rooms. The private verandas command a view of the savannah. Tent amenities include tent service, mosquito nets, ensuite bathrooms with running both hot and cold water, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryers, personal stationer, and a working desk
