Location
The camp is located along the borders of the Masai Mara National Park. It is approximately 6 6-hour drive from Nairobi, and it can also be accessed by flight to the nearest airstrip in the Mara region from the Nairobi Wilson International Airport.
Rooms
Base Camp Mara comprises of 17 tents each of which features a balcony/deck overlooking the endless savannah plains, spread along river Talek, the rooms can be arranged as double or twin room occupancy, the large sized ensuite bathrooms have an ensuite bathrooms running both hot and cold water, a flush toilet, complimentary toiletries, outdoor solar heated showers, families traveling together have a large family tent with 2 bedrooms.
