Rhino River Camp

Rhino is an intimate facility in one of the greatest wildernesses of Kenya. It is a collection of 5 intimate cottages built in canvas raised on wooden platforms above the flowing Kindani River and 2 forest rooms. It is an exciting experience for travelers seeking comfort, relaxation, and adventure. The whole camp stretched on 60 acres of privately owned land within the conservation area, giving travelers the chance to witness nature in the untamed bushes and forest. The main Lodge area features riverside dining and lounge decks with a blend of comfort, including spa treatments and a swimming pool overlooking the forest area.

Location

Rhino River Camp is located in Meru National Park, approximately a 6-hour drive from Nairobi. Scheduled or charter flights can be arranged from Wilson Airport.

Rooms

The Camp offers accommodation in seven beautiful rooms, 2 of which are nestled in the forest and 5 perched along the riverbanks. These are stylish and constructed from Carmel Canvas, sustainable wood, blending in with the environment in which they are built. All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom running both cold and warm water, king-size beds, private decks overlooking the river, and the surrounding wilderness
